TESTING NOTES:
Colour: Mid straw with pale lemon highlights
Nose: Round, soft rich and leafy, quite full-bodied and medium-sweet with a toffee/coffee character, delicately peated and with a slight lanolin oakiness
Flavour: Soft, smooth, medium-dry, quite rich and fresh with a touch of spiciness
Finish: Long, rich, slightly tangy with a hint of coffee
Notes: J&B bottling at export strength

Bryggeriet ligger vid floden Spey och tar sitt vatten ur Cardnach, en ren och klar källa alldeles intill. En ovanligt ljus whisky eftersom ingen färg tillsätts. Mognar på sherryfat.
Knockando buteljeras när destillatören anser att den aktuella omgången är som bäst, någonstans mellan 10 och 15 år. Årgången anges på etiketten.
