TESTING NOTES:

Nose: A sweet spicy aroma, reminiscent of apple pie, with overtones of oloroso sherry, vanilla, honey and perfumy oily notes.  Very characterful and complex.

Taste: The rich malty flavour is clearly discerned, a smoothness due to triple distillation and the traditional absence of smoky character.

Finish: It has a long, slightly dry finish with toffee and a hint of chocolate-vanilla.  Enjoy neat or with just a drop of water.
 
Bushmills Malt is a single malt whiskey. It ages for a minimum of 10 years in select bourbon oak casks and a select number of Oloroso sherry casks, developing its full flavor, character and hue. Triple distilled for exceptional smoothness.

Malted barley is dried in a closed kiln without peat resulting in a clean, unsmoky taste
