TESTING NOTES:
Nose: Elegant,
complex and layered: pot pourri, dried peel, cashew, lightly caramelised
fruits, praline, pistachio, vanilla, clootie dumpling.
Palate: Builds
very very slowly in the mouth. Fresh, and though seems delicate has a mellow
weight. Complex.
Finish: Long, softens.
Comment: Superb balance and complexity. A belter.
