Benriach Distillery grundades 1898 och är ett av de minsta destillerierna i Speyside. De är ett av de få som har kvar den gamla tekniken med golvmältning.
 
Benriach används huvudsakligen för framställning av andra whiskyblandningar, t.ex. Chivas Regal.
